Dr hab Mirosława Huflejt-Łukasik works in the field of psychology, researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw in Poland. She is the creator of the method Multi-Level Concept (MLC) comprehensive services to companies based on psychological knowledge and management. She is a leader of coaches, trainers and consultants teams working on the basis of this methodology in the company CC Innovation. She is also the founder and director of the Study Coaching MLC (Multi-Level Coaching), as well as postgraduate courses of the Faculty of Psychology “Coaching in Organisations”. She is a senior Coach and supervisor of the The European Coaching Federation (EUCF); an accredited coach and supervisor for the Chamber of Coaching; a member of the Board of the Chamber of Coaching; an author of the study and scientific publications in the field of cognitive psychology, personality, and coaching popularising articles.

Mirosława works with management of companies and key managers, providing training and individual and team coaching. She supports clients’ consultations specialising in the areas of management, especially human resources, including the acquisition of appropriate staff and the effectiveness of their work, solving problems; and also in the area of determining the direction of the company – the vision and strategy, planning and implementation of changes in the organisation.


The presentation will be devoted to coaching as a way to promote the development of professional competencies in organisations. It will present both empirical data on coaching for managers, as well as the reflections on the practice of coaching as a tool for development in the role of a manager. Attention will be paid to those factors – on the company and on the side of the coach, which contribute to the effectiveness of coaching in organisations. Results will be presented of the author’s study on coaching as a way of increasing managerial competencies. As part of the results there will also be presented an assessment – made by managers – coaching as a tool for the development of their managerial competencies.
